Take advantage of the low oil prices

Oil prices are weaker than normal due to a surge in US crude production following the high prices in the summer of 2018.  The extra US crude production has resulted in a surplus of crude oil and this is helping to reduce the price of heating oil and diesel.  As a result oil prices are lower than normally seen in the early winter.  With three months of winter still ahead now is a good time to stock up.
